Are you accepting new patients?+
Yes! Both our Joshua and Keene offices are welcoming new patients of all ages — from toddlers' first visits to grandparents. You can book online or call us directly.
What should I expect at my first visit?+
On your first visit we take time to diagnose any immediate concerns, review your medical and dental history, and create a treatment plan for your optimal oral health. Bring a valid ID, any prior x-rays, a list of medications, and your insurance card if applicable.
Do you accept my insurance?+
We accept most major dental insurance providers. We'll verify your benefits before your visit and walk you through your coverage so there are no surprises.
What if I don't have insurance?+
No problem. We offer an In-House Membership Plan that includes complimentary x-rays and exams, two cleanings per year, and 20% off all treatment. We also accept CareCredit for flexible monthly payments.
Do you see kids?+
Absolutely. Pediatric dentistry is one of our specialties. Our team makes sure little ones feel safe, comfortable, and even have fun in the chair. We've got a kids' corner in both offices.
I'm having a dental emergency — what do I do?+
Call us immediately at (817) 295-4500 for Joshua or (817) 641-2272 for Keene. We prioritize same-day appointments for emergencies. After hours, leave a voicemail and we'll return your call as soon as possible.
What does "pain-free dentistry" actually mean?+
It means we go out of our way — with gentle technique, modern anesthesia, and a calm, communicative chairside manner — to make every visit as comfortable as possible. If you've put off the dentist because of anxiety, we'd love to change that for you.
Do you offer cosmetic services like whitening, veneers, or Invisalign®?+
Yes. We offer professional whitening, custom porcelain veneers, and Invisalign® clear aligners. Schedule a cosmetic consultation and we'll walk you through your options.
